Refund Policy
If something is really wrong, I’ll do my best to make it right. But in general, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. This is especially true if you a) changed your mind, or b) measured yourself wrong. Believe me, I can afford to eat such costs even less than you can.
Shipping Policy
Stuff gets shipped to me. I will hand-deliver it to you when I see you, or leave it in a mutually-agreed-upon place for you to pick up. If we can’t make either of those things work, then upon mutual agreement, I’ll ship to you, by a method of your choosing, at your expense, with no markup or convenience fee on my part.
